Not a plush place, however the staff more than made up for that. Adrian at breakfast was a wealth of info, the breakfast was really quite good and also managers social hour, with a welcome drink in pj's. Room was fine, and we likethe sound of trains going by. heat in room was great,as it was real coold outside. More

In process of moving from Arizona to Colorado. The website for this hotel looked great and good location however the dirtiest room I have ever seen, half the lights did not work, other peoples socks in the drawer dirt and dust all over and some Radom large sticky spot on the rug next to the bed. I have two little... More

This is not a hotel but a motel. A old motel that has been renovated perhaps in the 80's or 90's. The walls and floor are very thin. Description of the room: Microwave shelf falling off the wall, bathroom shelf falling. Corners and under sink were filthy in bathroom. Hole in bathroom door, very poorly repaired. Paper cups burn when... More

We are parents of a three year old looking for a romantic weekend getaway. We stayed in the Monroe Presidential Jacuzzi Suite in Flagstaff. We arrived two hours before check in and the concierge was very rude. There wasnt a single car in the parking lot and she didnt even check to see if there was a room available before... More

Rooms clean and comfortable but hairdryer didn't work. Free breakfast was great although as there were 2 coaches booked in there weren't enough tables and chairs for everyone to sit down. They want english, australian and asian visitors but don't cater to them as there is a coffee maker but no teabags in the rooms. Only problem is the trains... More

We stayed in a presidential jacuzzi suite for our one night stay on the Cosmos/Archers Western Wonders tour. The room was very spacious, clean, free breakfast and wifi both excellent. It's by the train line, but so are all the other places to stay and after a while the trains become less frequent and the noise is blocked out. Had... More

We stayed at this hotel on the way back from the Grand Canyon National park. We booked it just a couple of days prior to our visit without any problems. The hotel had good reviews and very affordable price compared to the ones on the territory of the park. So, we paid just 72$ (incl. tax) for a family suite... More
