Positives: right in the middle of Flagstaff - close to everything. Excellent Value for the price. Our room was very clean and the bathroom had excellent water pressure and hot water. I stayed at the Budget Inn simply because it was inexpensive and a perfect place to stop for the night. The room was clean, comfortable and a decent size. the front desk staff were all pleasant and helpful. There was no breakfast. For the price, I wasn't complaining.

We use to stay in Econolodge in Santa Fe NM and Arizona. there are almost the samething when we talk about clening standards. This motel may not look it upon arrival (especially at night), but it is very clean, the staff is courteous and helpful, and everything in the room works. Basic room, if a little small, but clean and met our needs. One suggestion for upgrades: I prefer a thermostat that let's you set the temperature you want, rather than the "warmer" or "cooler" setting of the wall unit at this hotel.
