Just stayed at your hotel for 3 nights - room was comfortable and well kept. Bedding was certainly an upgrade and greatly appreciated but the employee who made a huge difference was GWEN in the breakfast room. She worked quickly, efficiently and cheerfully in the face of many demands. She is to be commended for her attitude and responsibility.
