Beautiful condos right on the harbor. It has a little wear but is being updated. The location is perfect with easy walking to shopping and restaurants. We stayed at the Wellington for a girls' weekend. The suite was lovely, spacious and clean. The registration staff was helpful and gracious as we were in the midst of a hurricane.
