This building is very old and in need of a lot of maintenance. Pros: It's on all the bus and trolley routes, close to shopping, restaurants and tour pick-up/drop-offs. We came here after staying at our timeshare on Maui (Kaanapali Beach Resort). The contrast in quality was incredible. The location is pretty good - about 3 blocks to the beach but everything else was awful. The "suites" are tiny little rooms with a large sliding door to create a separate bedroom.
