Our family was here for three nights at Christmas and this hotel was fantastic! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is wonderful and the seating area is perfect - "outside" yet sheltered on three sides. The manager's reception every evening was a great way to mingle with other guests. The beach is a very short walk away,... More

Had 2 days in Honolulu before we boarded for our cruise. All hotels near the beach are expensive, but from what I hear from others is that none have free breakfast. It was great. Full buffet, omlette station, fresh fruit, I could go on & on. Very good. Also from 5:30 to 7:30 is the managers reception. As you may... More

We stayed at the Embassy Suites Waikiki for ten days on our way moving off the island. We had such a great experience! First, I wasn't happy with the original room we were given and they happily moved us to another that same day. Our bell hops were all so friendly, too. The whole hotel was clean and comfortable and... More

Clean, comfortable, well-appointed suites. This is a great hotel! The beds are comfy, the water pressure in the shower is good, even the soap products -- Crabtree & Evelyn -- are top-drawer. Breakfast is plentiful and well organized. There are two omelette stations, with three burners at each, so never a particularly long wait for food. The manager's reception is... More

Great location nice hotel. Expensive however with managers cocktail reception and breakfast thrown in it was good value. We enjoyed our stay here immensely however if I had one bad word it was the quality of some of the guests at breakfast. The daily rugby scrum for food was shocking! We actually saw people sprinting to get food then loading... More

This was our second visit. Not on the beach but just a short one block walk through the Outrigger Reef across the street. Only two blocks from the Pro Bowl block party. Great free breakfast buffet and manager's reception had 2 hours of a great band with a few hula dances 4 nights out of the 7 we were there... More

We had a one-night stay in Honolulu en route to Maui and booked the Embassy Suites for the location and the free breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised to discover a very nice property in a great location near the beach. Is it the Four Seasons or the Ritz-Carlton? Of course not, but for the price, it's a very good deal... More

Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk was a wonderful place to stay. It was perfectly located in the main area of Waikiki near many shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. What more could you want? On top of that, the room was huge and very clean. It was a bonus to have separate rooms for a bedroom and a... More

We, family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 17 and 12 from the "Gong" NSW Australia, recently stayed for 12 nights in January and I can say that it was enjoyed by all. Our room was spectacular with lovely ocean views from the 19th floor of the Hula Tower. It had 2 queen beds (very comfortable) and a seperate... More
