The Marc Resorts website showcases this hotel as a premier beachfront property. The photos of the property were misreprentated... When we arrived there is no place to park...the lobby was run down, no receptionist and we had to ring a bell for service. This hotel was just what we wanted. Nice staff,location was great and the room was clean and comfortable.We like to avoid Waikiki and still be close to town.I am a former Hawaii resident and I liked the local atmosphere there.We will stay there again next year.

Diamond Head Beach Hotel is an old run down property that is marketed with brochures that truly don't represent its present condition.
