This was our second stop at this Hampton. The Desk personnel were extremely friendly and efficient. The lobby area is not like any other Hampton. “Excellent Hampton”

This inn was as good as it gets for the chain. Helpful front desk, really nice room with and unasked for upgrade to a King Suite and the staff helped get us to where we wanted to go for dinner. Nice breakfast and good overall location. You won't go wrong staying here.

Great accomodations. Easy to access from interstate. Clean rooms, great lobby, and friendly staff. We are loyal Hampton customers, and planned to stay at this hotel without first visiting the location. Although not suprised by the quality of Hampton, this exceeded our expecations.

“Poor cleanliness and front door service”

We arrived and looked at the room that had a very tired mattress and the shower was very dirty. We decided to keep on driving, and after having had the room for 20 minutes, they said they would not give us a credit. We used nothing except a very very skinny hand soap and the toilet Unbelievable

“Vicksburg, Hampton Inn”

Very attractive hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable, and the lobby and grounds are very nice. The complementary breakfast and the Saturday reception (snacks and drinks) were also very good. It is located right across from the Battlefield National Park. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Vicksburg, MS.

I spent 1 month here four years ago and was back for a week In April 2013. The hotel is still excellent and the staff are great.
