Service is below average. Called to get my car and was on hold for 15mins!! the hallways especially need some updating as well as the rooms. Room service was quick and the food above average. Its in a great location but the price needs to be right to stay there again! More

Location is obviously very good...right across from Fountain Square. Outside of that...not a lot going for the Westin. Granted we only booked a basic king room with no view...but I have been in lower end Marriott properties with more charm.
