We booked this through Priceline for $36 a night, so my expectations were already low. We weren't there for the water park - just needed a place to sleep for two days - so I can't comment on that.
If you can get this for under $40 a night, it's not so bad. Location is very convenient to I-75 - about 15 minutes to the downtown museums and such. The rooms were decent. Sheets appeared clean, but the beds were pretty hard for my taste.
However, it was very noisy because of the water park. It seemed like most people staying (at least on our floor) were lacking in hotel etiquette - yelling in the halls, kids running wild. But since it was so cheap, we didn't complain.
The layout of the hotel is strange in that there are no convenient doors to get in the rooms on the upper floors. It took a good 3-4 minute walk to get to our room on the 10th floor once we got into the building no matter what door we went into.
The other hassle was in parking...
