We stayed here for a night when we visited Zion NP. It is right on the edge of Springdale which is right outside the park. Stayed one night whilst visiting Zion National Park. One of the first motels at the south end of the small town. Zion shuttle stop outside hotel. The Air conditioning unit was so loud we could not sleep. Decided second night to open window, but no air. Food at Breakfast was average at best. Towels too thin. Would not stay there again. It was convenient to the Zion Shuttle.

Nice little hotel, with a good breakfast included in the room rate, quiet, on the shuttle line, pool and hot tub outside. There was laundry although we did not use it. Be beds were OK - not the best but not bad. We used it as our base camp for 3 days of hiking. We'd would go again.

Very friendly staff at front desk. Nice room with wildlife ( deer and birds ) right out the window on the side of the mountain. Nice breakfast area- very clean and decent variety of foods. The woman that does breakfast was extremely bubbly. Good location- not quite center of town but close enough.
