“Closed down and derelict”

This is now closed down and derelict and it is due for reconstruction. It is part of the same group as the adjacent Aureum and Air Bagan and there is no sign of work recommencing soon-unlike the 3 other developments on the beach.

We stayed a few nights in 2012, February. Good, clean, quiet hotel. Friendly staff, gorgeous breakfast buffet. We booked this hotel before reading Lonely Planet which says this is gov't owned. ***At airport upon arrival you must queue up to get passport checked.***Transportation is included to and from the airport.
