Richmond is a perfect hotel I have been in Richmond several times Richmond is a perfect hotel and amazing views for all sides and amazing location and the beat is weather really amazing. Room service is perfect and staffs are really friendly. And for Spa and Massage lovers I think it is the best.

I enjoyed everything in the hotel. It is the best place to really relax. The Spa is awesome and the staff are very professional. The food is good. And the best thing is that the hotel is only for adults.

Over cost to avarage location, rooms, service and facilities. Expending that much, you can travel to any spa centre to a city in europe. Spa facilities are quite limited compared to any one in europe or somewhere else. Tha lake in front of the hotel is scrap and stinks. Towns and vikkages around hotel sapanca is unsafe, crowded and unfriendly.

We went there on a 2 days pacakge and we had just a WONDERFUL TIME Place is so peaceful and nicely done We spent 2 days wearing just nice dressing gown and wondering from the outside pool side , the hamacks to the inside SPA with all the different amenities JUST INCRIDIBLE the breakfast and diner is just FANTASTIC too... We have stayed 2 nights in Richmond Nua and it was the best spa experince ever. Hotel is located just by the Sapanca lake which is one hour away from Istanbul by driving. Situated adjacent to the Sapanca Lake, this is a great place for a (long) weekend getaway. The rooms are tastefully furnished and comfortable. The spa is clean and the masseuses are skillful.
