We stayed here for 5 nights when the hotel was full to capacity so this may have hindered our trip somewhat and when it is less busy the service is probably much better. Great location - stayed at Westin last April - thought we would stay next door at Sofitel this time. I prefer the rooms at the Westin primarily as the bathroom was very dissapointing at Sofitel, so so small and unfortunately I had a bad back and it was a shower inside bath and stepping in and out was a bother....
