Warm and cozy common areas welcome you. The breakfast served is wonderful. The rooms are small but crisp and clean. The staff is very attentive, they actually arranged a flight for me to Milford Sound for a day trip.

My wife and I spent four nights at Te Wanaka in February. Despite being full for most of our stay the Lodge continued to function smoothly. Wayne is a good host. Tea, coffee and the daily papers being readily available add a nice touch. Breakfast is good. Beds comfortable and all areas clean.
