Modest hotel in front of the lake with restaurant and good breakfast. There is a parking near the hotel. Annecy is a short distance and there are many other cities around the lake. The room is basic but clean.

Chose this Hotel as it was next to the lake, promising good views, if lakeside as opposed to mountain side chosen. Very friendly staff, helpful and interested.
