“A front beach guesthouse with friendly owner”

We spend 2 nights there, as we were flying away from a Chinese managed guesthouse nearby. Make sure you Ismail is there and he will welcome you very well. Sleeping with the sound of the sea which is litteraly at 5M from the bed is a great luxury for a room at 100 MYR. Room was clean and spacious, guesthouse... More

“Worst night ever !! Stay away”

We've stayed at ismail beach guest house around june 22th 2012 for one night. We've been traveling in south east asia for around 100 days and its was by far the worst place ever. “Great location but rather overpriced and uncomfortable”

Even as a New Zealander on above average incomes, Batu Ferrigngi provided us with a dilemma. There is simply no ‘mid-price’ accommodation to be had. Not on the beach anyway.
