We stayed here for three nights and were so glad we booked it. The hotel is easy to get to and there is ample parking outside. The carpark is locked overnight but you can still get cars in/out with the keyfob from your room if needed. Check-in was very easy and we were early so they very kindly allowed us to use the pool while we waited for our room. The lady who checked us in couldn't have been nicer. She came out to the pool area to tell us when our room was ready, then brought us up and explained how everything worked in the hotel. All the staff we encountered were absolutely lovely, so helpful and professional. The reception closes from 8pm to 8am but they made that very clear and show you how to enter/exit the hotel during these times as that area is closed off. The room itself was wonderful. Really charming and so clean. A comfortable bed and the hotel was really quiet so we got a great night's sleep. The air-conditioning was just right and kept us cool. The bathroom is really modern with a fantastic shower. There is also a separate little room for the toilet. It sounds bizarre to comment on it but the flooring is so soft - you will see what I mean!  Our room had a small little balcony with a table and two chairs which was nice. There is also a safe, plenty of storage space for clothes etc and a small fridge. The pool area was lovely. It wasn't too busy during our stay and the water temperature was lovely - refreshing without being too cold. There are deck chairs but also a lovely covered over seating area if you'd like shade from the sun. The location was great. It was about a ten minute walk from the village of Roussillon. It has footpath the whole way in. There is a small supermarket and are plenty of places to eat / get ice-cream! There are lovely views from the village too. It had a nice charm to it. I would have liked the option to have breakfast included when booking via booking.com as it ended up adding quite a lot on to our bill and we would have liked to have been able to budget for it in advance. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. A really great place to stay.

We stayed here for three nights at the start of a walking tour. The hotel is located on the edge of town, so it's about a 15 minute walk into the centre where the restaurants and cafes are located. Rooms are small, which is standard for accommodation in France. There's a small balcony which gets the morning sun. Good shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast options are good. We also made use of the gorgeous pool as it was quite warm during our stay.

Well appointed room with little verandah overlooking the picturesque small garden. Great breakfast in lovely setting overlooking the pool. However, our stay was spoilt by one male staff member who seemed uninterested or ill informed about local services and failed to acknowledge that our air conditioning wasn’t working properly and walked away mid conversation. A real pity as other staff were very friendly and polite.

Such a lovely place. The gent that runs it is so lovely, really helpful, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are simple but clean, the pool is lovely. It’s very quiet. Well placed near Roussillon and within driving distance of all the villages. Highly recommend if you want a tranquil spot!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We paid for our stay via Travelocity.com. As we were checking out the hotel charged us again for our room even after we showed them the booking AND showed them our credit statement that said PAID with the transaction and posting dates. Instead of trying to figure out the issue with Travelocity, the man at the front desk said “Well Travelocity didn’t pay me so you will.” The owner of the hotel then replied to my review and lied saying that we never paid for the stay. Horrible horrible experience and very rude customer service. We paid TWICE for our stay here.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!! : oui, je confirme, ne remettez plus les pieds ici. La mauvaise foi n'est pas la bienvenue dans cet établissement.

We requested a 2 twin room and instead were given a small queen room. WE are 2 single middle aged ladies that do not share small beds. The teenage manager said that he has no other rooms available and that its not his problem. We sad ok, we will take the room but still help us find a room for the nigh somewhere else. He said no its not his problem W said OK please give us a roll away. He said no he does not have roll aways. And the tone and the attitude on this kid. So we left and stopped down the block at another hotel where the manager very young as well found us a room nearby with 2 beds. The hotel has yet to learn what customer service is. No one should be abusive towards single middle aged american women!!! We dont know the are and what to do. Someone needs to help and not just claim its not my problem. Yes it is your problem for as long as I have a reservation at your hotel

Good location at walking distance of the village and sentier des ocres. Friendly welcome. Nice property with big garden. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good so the pool was closed and stayed closed even when the weather cleared up! Not a very cosy view when sitting on the terrace and it was even warm enough to swim at times. However what was very strange is that after 20:30 there is nobody at the hotel, they close everything (with an indoor fence and all) and you need to use the night door, no staff present, no bar to get a drink, nothing… The parking lot is also closed after 11pm so you wouldn’t be able to get to your car if necessary. We wanted to leave one day early because of the bad weather as there is nothing to do or see when it’s pouring and they told us we could leave but had to pay for the night anyway (gee thanks, it’s not a prison after all) as it counts as a cancellation (but were were there and already paid for 1 night which is normally the terms) all while TV was not working due to the thunderstorms and Wifi didn’t reach the room! I needed it so I had to spend the evening in the deserted lobby alone to get a connection… When it works, the network indicated a weak security message which is problematic for syncing etc. Also zero mobile network in the room! And no socket on both sides of the bed to charge the phone either. The dinner menu is a single menu which is fine but we couldn’t eat it the first night as it was fish and lamb while one of us has a fish allergy and the other is vegetarian (possibility to have dinner was one of the reasons we picked this hotel). The next night we got dinner which was okay but nothing special. A bit disappointing overall (of course the weather didn’t help but they also didn’t try to accommodate us through it) and definitely overpriced for small room with small balcony and no service after 8-9pm. Nice place but could be much improved especially for this price.

A small hotel in the most beautiful surroundings of Roussillon, very clean, nicely decorated. It has a beautiful garden with swimming pool. The room we were in was recently renovated, had a very modern and comfortable bathroom, a garden terrace and very comfortable bedding. The hotel only serves breakfast, but than again: an excellent breakfast compared to the standard French petit-dejeuner. Just a detail, but it shows how much the owners value the comfort of their guests: All the chairs in the hotel, restaurant, lobby and terraces have those rubber protectors under the legs, so that moving these chairs does not make any sound, which in almost every other hotel can irritate! Well done!

It's even hard to describe perfection on the details. The hotel's staff is simply amazing. They helped me MORE THAN ENOUGH, on a problem with my rented car. The pool is amazing, the breakfast is perfect, the room is comfortable and the location is the perfect base station for visiting the surroundings. Would come back again several times. SUPER RECOMMENDED.
