We planned to have a relaxed weekend away, and my wife booked the wellness weekend package (that included massages, meals, and "first class" room). At our arrival, they told us we had a different booking (without the massages and nice room) and there was no option to change it. We argued about it and show the woman the exchanged e-mails....
