Having walked from Fort William along the Caledonian Canal the guest house was the perfect location to stay for the night. The hosts were friendly and able to provide useful local information about local restaurants (decent meal at the Commando Bar in the hotel) and highlights. Although the room was small it was ideal for a weary hiker, comfortable, clean... More

Stayed here on the second night of our Great Glen Adventure picked up by our very friendly hostess at Gairlochy without any problems .Our room was a bit on the small side but perfectly clean and very comfortable with a lovely view of the mountains from the window. Good breakfast and perfectly timed lift back to our next start point.... More

We stayed after completing the first day of the GGW, Ian picked us up at Gairlochy as previously arranged (and dropped us back to following morning). The room was a bit on the small side and the decore a bit dated however the bed was comfy. Breakfast choice was a bit limited but there was plenty, Lesley also made packed... More

Stopping after a weary journey the B&B was a Port in a storm staffed by a very friendly & cheerful couple.A pleasant cosy bedroom and a good night's sleep and a very accurate and appropriate recommendation for a Restaurant for Dinner which pleased us

This was a B & B that was pre-booked for us as part of the Great Glen Way trek. When we arrived, soaking wet, we were told that we could have our things laundered for 5GBP and dried for the same amount. All the other B & Bs that we stayed at during our hike offered to dry our things... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, sorry you did not enjoy your stay, but there are a few discrepencies, untruths, the company you booked with informs you that we are not available to offer lifts from the pick up point, before 15.00hrs, if you had read this information you would have known this is due to... Stayed one night and have no complaints. The host was friendly and gave advice on local restaurants. The room, a twin, was a good standard, and the breakfast, which you ordered the night before, was very good. Easy to find, from FW, turn right on the hairpin bend after the bridge in Spean Bridge and it's 50yds on the right.... More

I booked an ensuite room on the Internet one month before. When I arrived at the guest house, they gave a bedroom with shared bathroom. I told them that this wasn't the kind of room I had booked, but they didn't want to go down the price. I decided not to argue with them because one of the owners started... More

Hello Lorena, Thank you for your feed back but there are a couple of misleading points here. That I think could be sour grapes. You asked for a single room, at a cost of £30.00! bed and breakfast which you told me you had seen on our web site, It was explained that this is a standard room not en-suite.... More
