Both reception and in the restaurant, we were met with unfriendliness and grumpy faces. We know this isn't a cultural thing as the porter was incredibly friendly and helpful...who knows? I stayed the for 3 nights, the hotel is quite good, the rooms are also good, clean and tidy. the breakfast was decent. However, it is located on one of the main roads leading to the city centre and is quite fawaway to walk it.

Was there for 2 nights. Clean bed, hot shower - couldn't have asked for more... maybe internat in the rooms too. Hotel has free WIFI only at the lobby area with no option at all for internet in the rooms. Rooms didn't have a safe. Basic 3 stars hotel, nothing special for good or bad.

I had two separate one night stays here due to my car breaking down driving from Istanbul to our holiday home near Balchik. It represented value for money given the facilities and price. Have stayed at this hotel in the past and was relatively happy with the place. Came on business and was put in a tiny single room on the top floor next to the lift shaft mechanics.
