Arrived at this hotel just before 14.00hrs. We came to visit the famous Braderie in Lille.. No one was at reception!! Was given the key to our room...When we got to the room it had not been cleaned .. I informed the receptionist who shrugged her shoulders and did not appear bothered that A it was not clean and B...
