What a find! Spending two nights at Portmagee Heights was an absolute delight. The quality of the inclusions the magnificent vista and the magnificent bed made this accommodation one of the best of our 7 week European trip.

Fantastic modern spacious b&b with a great breakfast, perfect location, lovely view and tips on things to do in the surrounding area. If you're going to skellig Michael it's the perfect place to stay and also to explore Valentia island. Also good places to eat in portmagee village!

We loved this b&b. Great breakfast and the owner got us booked on the skellig micheal boat. Rooms were clean and spacious and the view was spectacular. We would both recommend this for those staying in portmagee

My husband, myself and our 9 year old daughter recently spent three nights @ Portmagee Heights in the self-catering cottage. It was absolutely wonderful, the best place we stayed in all of Ireland. The cottage is beautiful and the jetted tub is really nice after a long day of play. This is wonderfully unique as you get the self-catering option... More

We stayed 3nights. Monica was a delightful hostess; friendly, accommodating and full of helpful info. The facility sports a modern style and is engineered for energy efficiency. We took a pretty double harbor view room on the first floor. Firm beds, modern bath with shower; very clean. We walked into the village several times for dinners and a tour from... More

We walked into town (maybe 1/4 mile) and ate at the town pub. Food was fine. Also watched lobster being unloaded by fishermen. The rooms were really excellent and the breakfast was the best. This was also our highest price B&B in Ireland at 70 euros.

Great BnB, good value, and very helpful owners. If you go, make sure you also ask for a trip to the Skellig Islands which can be booked through the BnB. Unmissable. Rooms are very clean, compact, with great views.

Portmagee Heights is a lovely modern build, family rum B&B. The rooms are pleasant, spacious with very comfortable bedding and good, modern bathrooms. The service is friendly and efficient with, on my visit, breakfast served by family members with a smile. TV in the bedroom was tiny, though, with very poor channel selection - not a big deal but not... More
