We stayed here as an extra night before the GP at Monza.
Basically it's pretty awful. The room was small and not particularly clean. Bathroom was even more grubby and the shower barely worked (not good after a hot day travelling). Looks grubby on the outside and the sign wasn't even fully illuminated.
