This hotel is on a busy highway with no attractions nearby apart from using the expensive taxi service or one of the overcrowded public buses. Rooms are very clean as is the bathroom, pool is a little small and pool furniture minimum. English speakers are limited as is the food menu. More

If you want good service, nice clean rooms, and a relaxing stay during a trip to Santiago I recommend this hotel. It is close to the airport (less than 10 min) and away from the noise, and congestion of downtown Santiago. Bar and restaurant are small and somewhat limited on choices but the food and service is good. More

The Courtyard marriott in Santiago is located on Autopista Duarte, the major highway in DR that passes through Santiago. The hotel is far from downtown Santiago, although they have taxis right at the hotel, and taxis to pick you up if you go somewhere.
