Quite beaches without the beach vendors, wonderful Calabash Bay Villa with beautiful rooms with ensuite bathrooms, full kitchen. Perfect for four couples. Excellent food at Jake's and Jack Sprat restaurants with many local watering holes in a friendly and safe community. A memorable stay.

The Great Weather and good vibes really led to the serenity found at Jake's Hotel, Villa & Spa. It is a little out of the way; off the beaten track. The vegetation and landscape is different than most of Jamaica. The People are the Treasure.

The location is great. In additon, this is one of the few properties on the island which does not have indoor air qulaity issues. The rooms are hippy chic, nothing fancy but clean. The staff is on island time, so you need to just relax, soon come. I will be back.

The Driftwood Spa is a ripoff and they should be ashamed for charging the outrageous prices. The staff are young Jamaican girls with no formal training.
