We stayed 4 nights at the Gold Mist. The golden mist ist a very beautiful and relaxing place. We had very good times with the nice people from the golden mist team. The room was good with a good view and the food is really great. So the Golden Mist ist a perfect escape from the indian citys.

Rustic room but very clean and confortable...hot water...really hot...a luxuary in India. The warm welcoming of Vasu, makes the moment exeptional...and the food cooked by Mohan and his wife...wahoo! We both wished we had a couple of more days to spend there. We will definitively come back and spread the word about this peacefull and beautifull place.

This is a wonderful retreat with fantastic views of hills, fields and woods a few kilometres from Madikeri surrounded by tropical plants and wild life No other buildings in sight.
