We were very satisfied with our stay in the family owned hotel "The Bayerwald" in Lam. Very good and friendly service with great food, a nice Spa, lots of opportunities for a little trekking, nice mountain view and the opportunity to visit Czech Republic, since being located very close 4 km, to the border. Will come back soon.
