This is a good basic hotel, stayed overnight while driving through Germany. Reception man was good and got us sorted with a room even we didn't have a reservation. The Hotel Global was booked for an overnight layover at Frankfurt airport, in order to catch a flight the next day early morning. Stayed both arriving in Frankfurt and before departure (Mid Sept and Mid Oct). The hotel was being upgraded during both stays - causing the elevator to be out of service on several occasions.
