Gabriella and Paulo are delightful hosts and they provide a wonderful and sincere welcome to their guests. While the rooms are great, with comfy beds (not too hard!) and the bathrooms are clean and well appointed, the main reason for staying here has to be Gabriella's cooking. Much has already been said about this in other reviews but her home... More

Every now and then you come across special people on your travels. Gabriella and Paulo are such people and after four wonderful days as part of their extended family, we didn't want to leave. The quality of Gabriella's cooking is extraordinary and the grace with which she and Paulo welcome you into their home is truly breathtaking. Nothing is too... More

We were 5 young girls in our 60s touring Italy and wanting to feel and taste a bit of Tuscany. We stayed at this B&B farm in May 2012 and fell instantly in love with the place and owners upon arrival. We had 3 huge apts and 2 rooms all beautifully decorated and clean. The main house is just what... More

We stayed with another couple this past summer for five nights and loved every minute. The view from the front lawn is picture postcard perfect, the food wonderful. Wine bottles sit on a table and guests are invited to help themselves. But the best part are the owners - Gabriella and Paolo who make you feel like family. The food... More

Gabriella, Paolo and Marco (luckily home for 10 days) made this an extraordinary experience. After the traffic and bustle of Rome and Florence, this was the perfect place to relax and soak in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Paolo took our teen aged grandson under wing to help feed the sheep, goats, chickens and pigeons, sharing the life of an agriturismo... More

We stayed in Il Caggio for a week, and if I could I would stay even longer! Gabriella and Paolo are really great and warm hosts. I think the two highlights were the home cooked real Tuscan food (plus the free cooking classes) and the hot salty water jacuzzi!! Gabriella is an amazing cook and I really recommend this b&b... We stayed here with our two children, aged 8 and 10 for one night and enjoyed every minute of it! A beautiful setting, surrounded by hills and and peace. If you are looking for a 4 star luxury place, then this is not for you. However, if you are looking for a rustic, real, peaceful Tuscan experience then you are... More

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Gabriella and Paolo's 'Heaven on Earth.' Nothing was too much trouble and we enjoyed superb food and wonderful wine. Gabriella is obviously a very talented cook but she is also quite happy to take the time to show others how she prepares her food, and I spent several delightful hours watching... More
