We booked this weekend as a taster for our boys to see if they really did enjoy 'outdoor' skiing before we spent a fortune on a foreign holiday. We booked through Ski Norwest and was told that this was the best hotel to stay out of a choice of three as we would have a great lively new year with...

We are sorry to hear that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. We have had a lot of positive feedback following the New Year break and indeed many of the guests have rebooked for 2012.

Overall a pleasant hotel but the walls and ceilings are so thin, that every footstep can be heard below, so we had to give up trying to sleep until the guests above had setted down. Otherwise it is in a good location and staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel clearly revolves around coach tours. Breakfasts were great - set you up for the day (lovely bacon & eggs). Our evening meal was at 1930. Good choice of courses and great sweet trolley. Only gripe was that cheese course was an extra £4.95 if you...

Just come back after a 5 day stay with Newmarket Holidays. Couldn't fault the hotel. Rooms spacious, clean and with everything you could ask for. Despite catering mainly for coach parties, meals were excellent with plenty of choice and very good service. Some of the restaurant staff had limited knowledge of English but they were friendly, efficient and helpful. Would...
