Traveling north to Darwin, myself and three others stopped at Erldunda for a night before out trip out to Ayers Rock & Kings Canyon. Clean park and plenty of space for our motorhome. Spotless BBQ plates in the camp kitchen and also well kept amenaties.... Staff there are quiet friendly & Erica behind the bar was a legend for posing... More

We stayed in the caravan park, and were very impressed with the drive-thru sites with grass and shade. Staff were very friendly, so we went for happy hour in the tavern, and ended up staying for dinner. What a lovely surprise! The menu was simple, but I ordered a chicken parmigiana and my partner ordered the t-bone. It was one... More

We had called in to the roadhouse many times for a feed and fuel up, and last year we had some friends stay behind the roadhouse in the park, as we called in on our next trip, we decided to stay over, and what a pleasant surprise we got as the caravan park is very large, and you can stay... More

Stayed here en-route to Ayers Rock for one night. Reasonable rate for powered campsite but wash facilities are somewhat basic and prone to 'creepy crawlies' in the evening and early morning (not sealed rooms). The powered site was OK and had some trees for shade, but the local wild parrotts were rather noisy from around 6am. However, we enjoyed our... More

I wanted to balance the reviews out especially with latest reviews. In reception we were met with friendly service. We found out rooms with ease and my mate went for a swim in the beautiful pool. Once he chilled off his heals we went for a meal. I ordered the Erldunda chicken burger and my mate ordered the the Roast.... More

Pluses - large room, good shower. Friendly staff in the pub. Good range of meals in the pub and big serves. Negatives - creaky everything! No extra water available if you needed it for drinking. Wasn't super clean- yeah it is in the outback but clean floors would be good. Average place to stay. No frills and certainly not a... More

Very friendly helpful staff at the motel and tavern. Great meal and reasonably priced at the tavern. Both had schnitzel well cooked with generous salad and chips. Rooms adequate for an over night or 2, floors creaky throughout each room. Otherwise clean and tidy with everything you need. Remember water as it is only bore water out here. Will stop... More

So hereis the story, we rang this place day before and checked the prices and all, we were going to the hospital in Alice Springs and decided to camp there overnight to make our way fresh in the orning. We reached there about 9.30Pm went straight to the reception where we were terribly unwelcomed by a female staff and by... More

I get it: we’re in the outback, and it’s tough to operate a motel here. $118 would be too much for a basic motel room in most places, but there aren’t too many options out here, so how can I complain about the price? Our room was clean—though somebody had used far too much perfume-y cleaner on the carpet—and spacious.... More

Well you dont have much options when travelling out here so we stayed on the way in and out to the Rock to give us more options and time to look around. First time we stayed the floor boards were incredibly squeeky but the second time we got better rooms. Very basic but they are renovating. Must say the pub... More
