We didn't stay at Tartaruga, we choose another place, but all our time we spent there!! The best location on the beach in the heart of Unawatuna!! also their restaurant is really good both for the lunch and for the romantic dinner! Next time we will stay only in Tartaruga hotel.

This hotel was a real disappointment for the cost of it. We paid te same price for a room twice the size and a better beach (includig dinner) at Mirissa. The rooms were small and basic for the cost. The calamari ordered wasn't cleaned properly. Order a few beers and enjoy the location. Average service, uninterested. Wouldn't go back. Will check out The many other places on the bay.... Its sad that its so difficult to eat good local food here in una.
