Sat on the rear balcony outside my room watching the forest and birds in the lotus pond. So relaxing. Room was modern and well appointed. Staff were great. Dinner was limited but its less than a 10 minute walk to restaurants near the beach. Would love to stay here again.

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Beautiful setting at the foot of the mountain known as Rumassala. My wife and I woke up early on Sunday morning to listen to the peacocks on Rumassala. The food is excellent. The hotel's main building is the original house of the colonial Dutch governor. It was built in 1732.
