we arrived to the hotel when it was its first day the the hotel was opened after a summer break. we payed fully money for this season, and the sauna didn't activate and no juice at the relax area. we waited almost 1 hour for hot water in bath. the staff was very nice and welcoming.

Great hotel for skiing. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and fantastic for kids: good size family rooms, swimming pool, games room - and importantly very close to the ski lift! The only hotel with walking distance to the main lift to Stubaier Gletcher (equals no queues in the morning and a perfect start of the day on the empty slopes). Great food (especially gala dinner - delicious!), not too big, but decent SPA. Rooms are clean and spacious, but would need some refurbishing soon.

We spent 3 night in this hotel, in 2011-12. Place is 100m from sky lifts to Stubai Gletcher, staff is friendly, interior is wonderful, stylish with luxurious elements, nice SPa and Relax area. Great place for easy skiing, just at the footsteps of main Stubai glacier slopes.
