We booked this hotel last minute through the Tourism Office website and could not have made a better choice. The rooms are lovely, clean and well kept. The hotel is withing walking distance to the gondola's up to the ski area. The spa facilities are wonderful, we used the pool, the 2 different saunas, steamroom and the grotto relaxation room.... This hotel uses a third and fourth party from the UK (SkiLine and Specialist Travel Consortium) to make reservations at this hotel. We were duped into making reservations with a conversion rate from EUR to Pounds to EUR to USD (we did not know they did this!!). It ended up costing us 3x the amount!! The hotel would not refund...
