So my family and I stayed at this hotel for 10 days, all inclusive, at the end of July 2012. The reception staff were unfriendly and they spoke very limited English. The rooms we had faced a car park with no view whatsoever. We were given only 1 key card and had to pay a deposit for an extra key....
