FYI the hotel does not have a lift and some rooms are up some steep flights of stairs. The rooms are pretty large with a nice kitchen area. They are kept in pretty good repair. Its a lovely hotel in sleepy Sas Van Gent. The Reception as you have probably read, is in the Restaurant (Bottles) then there are rooms upstairs or in other buildings outside. Depending on which building your room is located in, you may have a different opinion of this hotel.
