Just returned from our fourth stay at Pella and as usual the whole experience was fantastic. This is a family run business and every member is so friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. This is not a 4 star its a 1 star. The staff are friendly and nice.We got clean sheets once in two weeks. We had to ask for clean towels, We got clean towells twice in too weeks. I wont be going back any time soon.I think the Pella apartments writes there own reviews.
