It was a beautiful hotel, amazing food and a genuinely nice staff! From the owner to the bartenders and kitchen staff to the front desk. The whole experience was excellent. My friends and I probably visited every location in playa Guiones this past may into early june and have already made plans to return to this hotel!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Harbor Reef Surf Resort. The rooms are very well maintained and beautiful. The atmosphere is peaceful and very tropical as you would expect in Costa Rica. The surfing beach is a few minutes walk down a beautiful tropical path. Security is excellent and the staff was very friendly.

First time staying at the Harbor Reef and we loved it. Very family oriented and the staff went out of their way to provide us with all the information we needed for excursions and travelling around. Location is perfect and so close to the beach and other amenities. Highly recommended and would definitely go back again!
