Accommodation is really very good. Rooms are clean, well equipped. During winter it should be warmer in the room, but it is not so dramatical problem. Food is perfect. Service also very good. I just have one complaint to the waitresses in the restaurant - very slow! I was waiting 15 minutes for order a food.....

We spent a week in hotel Veronza. The staff is very kind and helpfull. It's a convenient place to visit the Dolomites and Austria. The hotel is very pacefull with a fantastic view and a nice SPA where to relax after a day around. Gladly back and we reccomand it. Margaret and Joe

We stayed at the Villaggio Veronza again this summer. The experience was wonderful as usual. Nothing change in this place with no time... We love the staff, the service and the property. We just come back from a wonderful vacation spent in Cavallese. We got to know about the Villagio Veronza from some friends in UK. The hotel is very cozy and warm, typical of the dolomiti. The val di Fiemme is an extraordinary place to bring children, there are lots of things to do both for little ones and for adults. I was however very disappointed with the Hotel Veronza. This place is a hotel, timeshare exchange, and apartments for rent. We checked in June 28, 2008. Only one person on staff, at the reception desk, spoke fluent English. Hit on arrival with a small-print surcharge of 60 euros per room for things which the brochure said was included anyway such as SAT TV (which barely worked) and the unwanted 'entertainment'.
