OMG. What a find! We stayed in a room called "Romance". It's just beautiful and has a stunning view over the River Cher. This is a converted water mill - last used in 1963, I believe, and the wheel has been left as it was. Tea & Coffee not provided in the room but there's a kettle, tea, coffee, chocolate... More

Together with family and friends we spent just 2 days at Le Moulin du Port - unfortunatelly - the place, location and hospitality was great. We will certaily recommend and, perhaps, will have a second chance to stay longer in so nice place - Ciro Marino, São Paulo-Brasil

The location is excellent, close to Château de Chenonceau and other Tourist attractions, The B&B is small and Isabelle and Thierry gave us very personal service suggesting and booking excellent restaurants for us. The breakfasts were delicious and generous. We bought a jar of Isabelle's home made Apricot Jam home with us, would recommend.

This was a lovely stay at the Le Moulin du Port. Our room overlooked the dam and across the river was a lovely view. The room was large, clean and just perfect. I enjoyed reading and my sweetheart enjoyed painting the view from our room. It was so relaxing and quiet after the hustle of Paris.

We stayed in a cabin like building beside the hotel. We found it quite damp and the beds uncomfortable. Staff were nice and helpful with suggestions of where to visit. Wireles did not work at all. We would not return.

This is a converted watermill so plenty of character. We spent 2 nights in a spacious and very clean room. As this was a very quiet location we slept well. There was no facility in the room to make a hot drink but facilities were available in the downstairs lounge. The hosts were friendly and helpful and breakfasts were excellent... More

We stayed here with our daughter and her boyfriend on our way from Paris to the Dordogne. I was a little nervous at booking a 'guest house' as opposed to a hotel but it was a superb find and far nicer than a lot of hotels we have stayed in! We were immediately welcomed by Isabelle who had been very... More

A wonderful find on the banks of the Cher. Clean, well-appointed rooms. Friendly, relaxed ownership. Refreshing dip in the pool. Ideally situated for the chateau, especially Chenonceau. We used the hotel as a stop-over en route South but could happily have stayed longer.

A wonderful, relaxing venue and well worth a detour from the major Loire towns. The main house is a converted water mill and has been sympathetically and tastefully renovated with the water wheel being left as it was which makes it a feature; there are a couple of gites on the site as well. Our hosts Isabelle and Thierry were... More

We stayed in a top floor room, but no problem with access as there is a lift. The room was spacious and well equipped. Isabelle greeted us and gave us a short tour of the hotel, including the old mill which they are beginning to restore. Nice quiet location on the River Cher. We only stayed one night on the... More
