Good standard basic accomodation in a great location for a relaxing weekend in the Rye/Winchelsea area. Not much to do in the immediate area but a cosy pub is in walking distance. Lovely views from the double...only downside is the lack of ensuite.

We stayed here, with friends, for a night during August bank holiday week-end, other hotels and b+b's had a minimum two night stay, but Georgina made us very welcome.
