We were moving permanently to the Gold Coast and I can't begin to tell you what a fantastic place Markham was. Stayed for 3 nights while on a conference at the convention centre. Great location, easy to walk to a Woolworths, restaurants and cafes and the convention centre. Close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Roomy and clean apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need. Pool and bbq and grounds area family friendly. Would definitely stay again. Was nice and relaxing.

You can tell the managers of this place genuinely want to make your stay a memorable one. We were on the ground floor and enjoyed our stay. Atmosphere around the pool was great every night.
