Really poor service from the staff, found them to be rude and unhelpful. Food was extremely poor forcing us to eat out after paying for an all inclusive stay. We have just returned from a week at the the Nuramar Hotel in Calan Bosch Menorca. Stayed here from 30/09/12 to 10/10/12. Overall we enjoyed our stay, we had a two bedroomed apartment which gave us plenty of space, rooms were dated, but cleaned every day, fresh towels, beds changed etc. The pool area/outside terraces were also cleaned daily.Over the 10 nights there was entertainment twice. I'm just back from the Nuramar , Its clean and tidy and most of the staff are friendly , the owner of the hotel was on site and ate and sat on the premises the whole of our stay . The food was varied morning was serial,full English, bread ect. Lunch offered chicken or meat with chips or local dishes... More

Food cold, inedible Rooms need refurbishing Showers not fixed - hand held. Towels clean but threadbare Door didn't lock - rattled all night Bar closes 11pm whether it's full or not. only nice thing about this place is pool area. Supposedly 4* - wouldn't give it 2!
