Great place with peaceful surroundings and great service. The motel is well positioned to enjoy the tranquil surroundings or take a short trip to the variety of shopping and entertainment areas. Greeted by concierge as we pulled up to the hotel was a really great start to our stay. Free of charge under cover car parking was also available. Only stayed the one night and Mercure Gold Coast was excellent. We were attending a show on the Coast and were looking for somewhere convenient and quiet. Staff were excellent and exceeded our expectations. Had an issue with front door and got locked inside. Staff responded quickly and moved us to another room. Stayed here last week for 2 nights. Driven a rental car and stopped in front of the hotel. Quickly approached by a friendly staff to help with unloading the luggage. At the reception, try to give me a free upgrade (Accor Member) but all rooms fully booked. Quick check in and clear instruction to drive to underground basement car park.... More

The hotel is great and its a nice resort, just the location is not so suitable if you want to go to the beach/theme parks etc. Here, the hotel could improve with a shuttle service of their own. The rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant was too expensive.

Very pleasant and relaxing environment, excellent service and value for money. Great location if you like golf, not as great for the proximity to the beach, but still a Good place to base yourself for touring the various local attractions. Very good restaurant.

A weekend at this hotel was a chore. It is obvious that the hotel has been devoid of any upgrade or refurbishment. The rooms were clean, but very aged and certainly not what you would expect at a resort. the grounds are tidied up, but devoid of plants etc, it looks like many of them have died, and not replaced....
