We have been in Italy several times. Will not rerurn to this hotel. Food was unimaginably dull. Lacks basic seasoning and italian spices. Rooms are small and unconfortable for families. The only nice thing is the kindness of the ladies that serve the diner. Even the aperoll spritz is watered down :(

We spent five days in hotel Malder and it was amazing. The hotel is in a quiet location just off the meadows and mountains, but bus stop is near the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They liked to talk to us about anything.Food and especially dinner was excellent (I got more spaghetti carbonara :-) ) Also wellness area is beautiful. We recommended to stay at hotel Malder for everyone.

Every time we decide to spend a relaxing weekend or more without thinking anything, we definetely choose "Malder": surrounded by beautiful mountains-nice to walk in summertime and faboulous locations to ski in winter-is a warm hotel managed by a owner lady who knows how to feel yoy at home. The staff is kind and available to every need, the meals-especially dinner- is full of options and really hand made! When you're tired you can also enjoy the amazing spa, where you can use a scenographic swimming pool, a sauna, a vaporarium and beauty centre. If you you have children, there's a large play room with many games and safe spaces for them! There's a free private car park and a warehouse for your ski equipments!

If you want to spend a couple of days or-better-one or two weeks in a special place on famous mountains Dolomiti, you have to choose "Malder", a medium sized hotel near Moena, in Val di Fassa. Mrs Mariangela, the owner, will host you with friendship and kindness, she will suggest you some ideas about places to visit, walks to do or facilities and sport services in the area, famous for skiing. Delicious are foods and drinks, especially breakfast-hot or fresh- and a big dinner, with lots of starters and salad made everyday from chef, such as desserts. Don't forget the big SPA, where you can swim in a swimming pool designed like a mountain lake, you can do sauna, vaporarium or jacuzzi(every facilities is included in bedroom fees!). I reccomend it for families, couples or friends'party.

I've been there not knowing the hotel , and I had a great surprise. We had the "Baita" room (gorgeous), and an even greater surprise was the very good food, I'd say probably the best food I had in a hotel. The place is known...in the heart of Dolomiti...so...nothing else to say! Very very good. Enjoy

During our stay my sky equipment was stolen by a hotel client who had acces to the security code of the sky room. Fabrizio, the hotel employee/manager refused to show the security camera recordings in order to find the guilty. He and the lady of the house protected the thief until I called the Carabinieri (Police). After I got to my room they announced the thief who returned the equipment to the sky room. Fabrizio announced me and my wife very unpolitelly that there is no problem any more, the equipment was returned, but continued to protect the thief. We were disgusted. Rooms are small and unpleasant (we refused two) are smelly and the shower cabin is tiny (60 x 60 cm). Food is horrible, cheap ham and cheese, bread is like made of sand, no fresh fruits and vegetables in the morning. We had to ask specially every time for some decent food. Do not try dinner, the worst punishement for the cook should be to make him eat his own food. The spa is always full with unpolite noisy people. The sauna and the steam bath are dirty and bad smelling. Choose some other place if you don't want to ruin your holydays.
