We all had a brilliant stay at Sands Beach resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are doing some renovation work to one of the pools, turning it into a 50m heated olympic pool! Very big resort, split into sections with each section having it's own pool. Apartments are sufficiently equipped for self-catering, and are spacious as are balconies/terraces, though the curtains and sofa coverings are a bit tired and could do with being replaced. We stayed at Sands Beach for a week last over Easter 2011. We really enjoyed this holiday. We had a lovely apartment that had everything we needed. The children loved having 7 pools to try each day and with the apartments layed out around each one it was easy just to pop back to our room for anything we needed.... More
