My husband and I, aged 67/68, booked this hotel about a week before we went, for half board, for 10 nights, from 28th January to 7th February, as I felt I really needed to get away from the dark, damp, days we had been having. We were sorry that we had decided on 10 nights instead of just a week.... More

Whats special: we went via lowcostholidays.com, all-inclusive (probably a good idea for you; you get lunch and endless excellent full range of drinks & snacks until 11pm, also high-class spa facility every day - thalasso, thermal, hydromassage, cascade, pressure pipes, jacuzzi, sauna, terma, hamman, ice, etc)... the transfers were spot-on, well organised. This is one of the best hotels in... More

We are a couple 58/57 have traveled extensively and looked for fuss free relaxing week somewhere warm away from Ireland. We booked this hotel for a week half board from the end of January 2012.On paper and at 1st glance this hotel looked good ,however below the surface it was disappointing. Check in was fine ,very friendly and efficient. The... More

Just returned from a weeks stay here on the 29th Jan the hotel is lovely with beautiful decor! Rooms could do with a bit of a revamp but they are grand. Pool area was lovely and being all inclusive there was access every day to the spa which was amazing and very relaxing you go round 1-33 stations each with... More

,Many ameneties non existant or permanently closed (coffee shop etc).Items in room e.g. safe,fridge,tea/coffee - making facilities all at extra charge.Check in area gloomy,no porters, very few staff most of whom were obviously over worked and demoralised.Public areas cold and unwelcoming.Food quality and variety very good indeed spoiled by no tea or even tap water available in dining room at... I have visited this hotel for over 10 years, and although now in need of a little TLC, the staff and hotel facilities are fantastic. The evening buffet has many choices of excellent food. The spa circuit is the best relaxation experience by none. More

Hotel Beatriz has a lot of positive attributes, however it is not a four star hotel. Never before have I been to a four star hotel where you have to pay to have tea & coffee making facilities in your room (particularly as we were all inclusive). Or where the fridge has been locked so you cannot even use it... More

Hotel lovely, rooms quiet, food repetitive. For your own sake be careful about where you sit at lunch in the restaurant. Our last day and we did not want chips again (thats all they had at the pool bar) so went to the to the restaurant for a filling lunch (our flight was late night and this would be our... More
