This studio No. 33 had never been cleaned prior to arrival. Sheets, towels never changed in the 12 days and when changing them ourselves the mattress made us sick as was filthy and covered in blood. Other mattress had urine stains. My daughter and granddaughters who stayed there had to eventually move into my apartment and sleep on an airbed... More

Had a fantastic time here! Apartment was a bit rubbish, other than that had a brill time :) nice location all staff are kind and helpful pool is good looked after by lifeguard nice restaraunts about chipeque would come back again.

We stopped here after booking on the Internet, when we arrived it ad been overbooked so we were put into a different apartment and were given a discount. Great lady called Sally who deals with the booking as the apartments are privately owned. Nice pool, food ok, msic all day but not too loud. Booked again fr oct can't wait

Great apartment that gets the sun until it goes down from midday. Fine walk downtown and plenty places to eat but also good value at the apartments for meals. Everybody spoke and it felt friendly. Tenerife is really enjoyable this time of year.
